Ask me a questionWhat should I send for a quote?
Send me a few clear photos, your town or postcode and a quick note about what you'd like cleaned. For jet washing, let me know roughly how big the area is and how I can get to it. I'll ask if I need anything else.
Can every stain be completely removed?
Not always. Some stains leave permanent marks, and the fabric and how long the stain has been there make a difference. I'll take a look and tell you what I think I can achieve before I start.
How long will carpets or upholstery take to dry?
It depends on the fabric, the room temperature and how much air can circulate. I'll give you an idea for your carpet or furniture and explain what will help it dry.
Do I need to prepare the room?
Please move small or fragile items and leave me a clear way in. If there's larger furniture to work around, let me know when we arrange the booking and I'll talk it through with you.
Do you handle commercial spaces?
Yes. I've cleaned pub carpets and also work in offices and other shared spaces. Tell me about the premises, roughly how much carpet needs cleaning and when I can get access.
Do you offer jet washing and exterior cleaning?
Yes. I clean patios, paths, garden paving, building exteriors and the details around buildings. Send me a few photos, your location and access details, and I'll talk you through the job.

I'm based in Nottingham and cover the wider East Midlands. Send me your town or postcode and I'll let you know when I can get out to you.
